A little closer to a good night’s sleep. Here’s how to follow your All About Sleep UK order.
View your order status
Open your order confirmation email from All About Sleep UK and select View your order to visit your private order-status page. This is the best place to check your order’s progress and any available delivery updates.
Track your delivery
When tracking is available, you’ll find a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email and on your order-status page. Select that link to follow your parcel on the carrier’s website. If the carrier asks for a tracking number, use the one shown in your shipping confirmation.
Where is my order number?
Your order number is in your order confirmation email. It is different from your parcel’s tracking number. Search your inbox for All About Sleep UK and check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find your emails.
No tracking update yet?
Tracking is available once it has been added to your shipment. If there are no updates yet, check again after the carrier has scanned your parcel. Some delivery services may not include tracking.
